To use, SHAKE WELL (separation happens naturally), Pump 2-3x to use as a gentle Face cleanser, ears, neck, beard, etc. Rake in and Rinse as necessary. Pump 2-4x times for underarms, raking the skin/hair gently during application. Rake in and Rinse as necessary. Pump 2-4x times for the pudendal (groin) area, raking and rubbing thoroughly in all creases waist to upper mid thigh. Rake in and Rinse as necessary.

For best results, do after and/or before full body soap/lather with Balancing Being Bar Soap for a thorough cleansing.
